West Corporation announces plans to acquire InterCall from its parent ITC Holding Co. for a net purchase price of $399.6 million in cash.
On March 27, Willkie client West Corporation announced its plans to acquire InterCall from its parent ITC Holding Co. for a net purchase price of $399.6 million in cash. The 3/31 Daily Deal reported that Willkie attorneys representing telemarketer and customer service provider West in the deal included John D'Alimonte, Serge Benchetrit, Andrew Needham, Stuart Goldfarb and Susan HoShing. West expects the transaction to give it entry into the business conferencing market.
