Beacon Capital Partners purchases Boston’s John Hancock Tower and surrounding complex from John Hancock Financial Services Inc. for $910 Million.
The March 17 Wall Street Journal reported that Willkie client Beacon Capital Partners purchased Boston’s John Hancock Tower and surrounding complex from John Hancock Financial Services Inc. for $910 Million. The deal, which closed on March 14, was handled by partners Eugene Pinover and Douglas Ulene, and associates Eddie Frastai, Nicholas Hoffman, Kelley Johnson, Jennifer North, James Pomeranz and Andew Wurzburger.
