James L. Casserly joins the firm’s Telecommunications Department in the Washington office.
Willkie is pleased to announce that on January 1, 2003, James L. Casserly joined the firm. Mr. Casserly will be practicing in the firm’s Telecommunications Department in Washington, D.C. He has extensive experience representing cable, satellite, programming and wireline telecommunications companies in an array of corporate and regulatory matters and has produced outcome-changing advocacy in several FCC rulemaking and authorization proceedings. Mr. Casserly was previously a partner at Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky and Popeo, and served for five years as the Senior Legal Advisor to Federal Communications Commissioner Susan Ness.
