Marie-Hélène Raffin joins the firm as a partner in the Tax Department in the Paris office.
The firm is pleased to announce that Marie-Hélène Raffin has joined the firm. Ms. Raffin will be residing in the firm’s Paris office and practicing in the Tax Department. She is renowned for her expertise in restructurings, mergers and acquisitions and tax consolidation. Ms. Raffin was previously a partner with Cabinet Archibald International (formerly Arthur Andersen International).
