Michael Young interviewed on the September 16th edition of CNBC’s Business Center on a segment entitled “Growing Ethics Awareness Among Future Leaders of Corporate America.”

Willkie partner Michael R. Young was interviewed on the September 16th edition of CNBC’s Business Center on a segment entitled “Growing Ethics Awareness Among Future Leaders of Corporate America.” Segment reporter Jennifer Lewis-Hall looked at what American business schools are doing to promote ethics awareness among their students in the wake of the Enron debacle. Mr. Young, who was asked to address students at Columbia University on the subject, noted that in order to begin to understand what caused the Enron collapse, we must first examine “how at a public company so many people can get caught up in such massive wrongdoing.” Mr. Young, a partner in Willkie’s Litigation Department, is the author of “Accounting Irregularities and Financial Fraud.”
