On April 14, partner and Co-Chair of the firm’s Capital Markets practice Eddie Best will participate as a chairperson and speaker as part of The SPAC Life Cycle: Business, Legal, and Accounting Considerations Forum 2025, hosted by Practising Law Institute in New York City.
