On December 9-10, partners Anna Martini G. Pereira and Laura Friedrich will participate on panels as part of the 15th Private Equity Latin America Forum, hosted by Markets Group in São Paulo, Brazil.
Anna will moderate the keynote panel, titled “Opportunities & Challenges Facing Private Equity in Latin America & the World.” The panelists will discuss ongoing structural, political and economic challenges throughout the world and provide insights on how top fund managers are seizing opportunities and collaborating with portfolio companies to steer through complex times.
Laura will participate on the panel titled “Secondaries, Co-investments & Funds of Funds.” The panelists will explain how private equity investors are increasingly turning to the secondary market to find value opportunities as LPs work to boost liquidity, with portfolios containing exposure to sectors such as hospitality, consumer-related, energy and transportation.
