On October 21, partner David Luce moderated the panel titled “The Legacy Market ‘Buy-Side’ and the Impact of Private Equity” as part of the 2024 Legacy Transactions & Networking Forum, with partner PK Paran and counsel Gabriel Gershowitz also in attendance. The three-day event was hosted by AIRROC in Jersey City, New Jersey.
