On September 20 at 9:30 am (CT), partner Dharshini Prasad will speak on the panel titled “Ms Arbitrator, we need an urgent decision!” as part of the International Bar Association (IBA) Annual Conference 2024, hosted in Mexico City. The conference is the largest gathering of lawyers globally from across practice areas and jurisdictions and is the flagship event of the IBA.
The panel will focus on interim and emergency relief in international arbitration, including the types of interim relief available in arbitration, the standards to be satisfied, the availability of national courts to provide interim relief in aid of arbitration, and the use and importance of emergency arbitration in cases of urgency. The panel is part of the program organised by the IBA Arbitration and Litigation Committees.
