On June 20 at 1:00 pm ET partner Katrina Robson will moderate the webinar titled “Green Competitor Collaborations: Friend or Foe?” hosted by the ABA. The Net Zero Banking and Insurance Alliances, initiatives enabling major institutions to play a key role in decarbonizing the global economy, are at risk of collapsing due to antitrust concerns. The panel will address whether alliances among competitors in the name of ESG ("green cartels") harm competition, and will discuss the emerging tensions between antitrust law and efforts to promote carbon reductions in the US and Europe.
