On May 21, Insurance - Transactional and Regulatory partner Kirsty Maclean will chair the panel titled “Strategies When Structuring,” as part of the Life ILS Conference | 2024, organized by the European Life Settlement Association. She will be joined by panelist and fellow Transactional and Regulatory partner David Griffiths, and both will share their insights and deal experience within this area. The in-person conference will be held over a full-day at Ernst & Young’s Canary Wharf offices in London, with a virtual broadcast option provided to those unable to attend in person.
The conference will bring industry peers together to cover the latest market insights, news and trends in the Life ILS space, and will include debate and presentations on:
