Mordkoff and Debra McElligott Sinclair will participate in a CLE webinar panel titled “Death Trap Provisions in Chapter 11 Plans: Minimizing the Likelihood of a Cramdown; Incentivizing Consensus,” hosted by Strafford. The panel will discuss the importance of valuations in Chapter 11, the basics of the death trap provision and the issues courts consider in determining whether to approve plans with death trap provisions, among other topics.
