On December 11 at 9:00 am (ET), pro bono counsel Stacey Kushlefsky will be speaking on the panel: Ethical Issues in Pro Bono Representation 2023, hosted by the Practising Law Institute. The program will teach participants to identify the ethics issues that may arise in the context of pro bono representation, including confidentiality and conflicts, unauthorized representation and representing clients with diminished capacity.
