On September 19 at 3:55 pm ET, partner Shaimaa Hussein will participate in the GAR Live Debate as part of Global Arbitration Review’s GAR Live: New York 2023 conference. The live debate will include teams of debaters arguing in favor of, or against, a motion related to AI’s impact on international arbitration. This interactive session will see a panel of judges voice their opinions on what has been heard, consult the audience, and finally choose which side to support, giving reasons for their decisions.
GAR Live: New York 2023 is a full-day, interactive and in-person conference that will bring together practitioners from across North America to debate, discuss and explore the next generation of disputes in international arbitration.
