On April 11, partner Robert Stebbins, Co-Chair of the Firm’s Corporate Governance practice, is speaking on the panel “Ethical Issues for Governance Lawyers” as part of PLI’s Corporate Governance – A Master Class 2023 conference. Participants will leave this panel with a greater understanding of lawyers as directors and/or investors in a client’s company (via a case study); obligations of in-house lawyers under the Rules of Professional Conduct; ethical considerations of lawyers as whistleblowers; and effectively managing potential conflicts of interest.
