On January 24 at 6:00 pm PT, partner Shane Nix will be speaking on the “Entertainment Industry Tax Update” session, as part of USC Gould School of Law’s 2023 Tax Institute. The session will discuss hot topics in entertainment taxation, including character of gain on music catalog sales, cost recovery for film and television productions, and other tax matters that frequently arise.
