On February 3, Willkie's Chicago office will sponsor the BPOC Private Equity Conference, hosted by the Chicago Booth Private Equity Group and the Polsky Center, taking place in Chicago.
At 2:30 pm CT, Neil Townsend, Co-Chair of Willkie's Private Equity Practice Group, will moderate a discussion entitled, "Changing Transaction Technology and the Impact to the Private Equity Landscape." Panelists include partner Patrick Sandor, as well as representatives from Shore Capital, Riveron and Concentric Equity.
The annual conference brings together financiers, students, and entrepreneurs to network and share insights into the dynamics of investing in a constantly changing economy.
