On October 19-20, Boris Bronfentrinker, Chair of Willkie’s European Antitrust and Competition Litigation Practice, will be chairing the annual ThoughtLeaders4 conference on Group Litigation and Class Actions. The two-day conference will explore major areas of group litigation in the UK, international developments, and practical considerations for bringing and defending against class actions.
In addition to opening the conference and providing closing remarks on each of the two days, at 10:40 am BST on October 19, Boris will speak on a panel entitled “The CAT and collective actions regime- perfect duo or toxic relationship?” At 9:45 am BST on October 20, Boris will also participate on a panel entitled “The European Representative Action Directive- implementation and developments in key jurisdictions.”
