On October 27 at 4 pm CST, Willkie litigation and arbitration partner Matthias Schrader, based in the firm’s Frankfurt office, will take part in The GAR Live Debate as part of Global Arbitration Review’s GAR Live: Hong Kong 2022.
The GAR Live Debate will be an interactive session at which teams of practitioners will argue in favor of, or against, the motion: “This house believes that if a quantum expert were managing the procedural side of a damages case, the matter would proceed more efficiently.” Matthias will argue against the motion.
This in-person event will be the 11th edition of GAR Live: Hong Kong and take place at the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre as part of Hong Kong Arbitration Week. For details and to register, click here.
