On September 30, Chair of Willkie’s Sports Transactions Practice Jared Bartie is speaking on a panel as part of Lewis & Clark Law School’s Center for Business Law & Innovation 2022 Fall Forum: Sports Law’s New Dimensions.
The panel discussion, “How Sports Teams Operate,” will begin at 9:30 a.m. PDT and features leaders in sports law and business, with Jared appearing alongside the general counsels of the Portland Trailblazers, the Portland Timbers and the Seattle Seahawks, among others.
The Center for Business Law & Innovation Fall Forum brings together academics, attorneys and team representatives to address recent developments and emerging issues in sports law, including the expansion of online betting and legalized sports books.
