On October 19 at 4:15 pm EDT, Willkie partner and Co-Chair of the Firm’s Financial Institutions/Regulatory Practice Group Rita Molesworth will moderate a panel entitled “Regulation of Other Swap Market Participants: Funds, CPOs/CTAs” at the Advanced Swaps & Other Derivatives 2021 program, hosted by Practising Law Institute.
Panel topics will include fund issues, cross-border application of CPO regulation, and a look at issues for commodity trading advisors.
The Advanced Swaps & Other Derivatives 2021 program aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the evolving regulatory framework for OTC derivatives and derivatives market participants, and explain how the regulatory framework affects these products, the structure of the market for these products and market participants.
