On September 23 at 12:40pm BST, Willkie Global Trade & Investment partner Britt Mosman will participate as a speaker on the “Sanctions and Supply Chain Risks” panel at GIR Live: Women in Investigations 2021, held in London by Global Investigations Review.
The panel will explore the developing area of trade sanctions and how these issues can be approached in global supply chains. Topics will include the UK’s new post-Brexit sanctions regime and the future of multilateral sanctions; the “hot” issues of secondary and extraterritorial sanctions; and the conduction of investigations into sanctions violations.
The conference will bring together attendees from across Europe and beyond including lawyers, in-house counsel, academics and judges for an agenda of networking and interactive panels to showcase the latest global trends in investigations.
