On July 28 at 12:45 PM EDT, Willkie partner and Co-Chair of the firm’s Insurance Regulatory group Kara Baysinger will participate in a panel at the Virtual Western Region General Counsel Conference, hosted by the American Property Casualty Insurance Association.
Together with her fellow panelists, Ms. Baysinger will discuss tools and opportunities for innovation in property and casualty insurance, and hear about the regulatory challenges, issues and opportunities that arise in incorporating AI into insurer operations.
