Willkie attorneys will host a panel discussion and webinar on emerging trends in ESG from a UK and EU perspective.
On July 7 at 11:30 AM EDT, a number of attorneys from Willkie’s London, Paris, Frankfurt and Milan offices will host a panel discussion and webinar on new and emerging trends in ESG.
The panel will start with a brief overview of the core legal and regulatory developments, before turning to consider practical issues for legal and compliance officers.
The session will provide insight into how to identify and mitigate ESG risks, the governance structures surrounding those risks, and what the future looks like in terms of ESG-related litigation and enforcement from both a UK and EU perspective.
