The session’s expert panelists will compare interval and tender offer funds with traditional closed-end funds, mutual funds, ETFs, and private funds; and discuss regulatory and other considerations, including portfolio liquidity requirements, and restrictions on leverage, affiliated transactions, investments in other funds and marketing associated with registered funds.
