At 1pm EST on January 5, Willkie partners Arash Farhadieh, Laura Friedrich, John Knapke and Mark Proctor will participate in a CLE webinar panel entitled “ Structuring Private Equity Co-Investments and Club Deals: Risks and Opportunities for Sponsors and Investors,” hosted by Strafford. The program will review legal developments in co-investments for private equity, investment structures, key deal terms and tax considerations. The panelists will provide insights and perspectives into opportunities and risks for both sponsors and investors.
Key issues to be addressed include the current developments that impact co-investments and club deal structures, as well as how the terms of these arrangements have evolved; the types of deal structures typically used for co-investments; and the regulatory problems which most often derail co-investment and club transactions.
